In 2003, Lori Bell graduated with honors from the American College of Health Sciences after completing a four-year program focused on holistic and integrative health. Her passion for herbal medicine grew from wanting to create a healthy, thriving future for herself and her family. As a mother of four and a young cancer survivor, Lori wanted to learn more about natural wellness and ways to support the health and well-being of her family. Around 2010, she began sharing a few of the products she made at local farmers markets, sometimes attending markets as many as five days a week. As the years went on, her product line continued to grow. In 2017 an Airstream became available at Victoria Gardens for us to rent, opening the door to a new chapter for our family business. That same year Chris Bell joined the business and began helping run our retail shop, while I, Danielle, became more involved as well. Having grown up with these products, I had years of firsthand knowledge and experience with what my mom created. Today, Lori and I make our products together and we create our handmade gemstone jewelry, while Chris helps run the shop throughout the week. Together, we work as a family to bring handmade, small-batch products, natural wellness, and creativity to our community. What began as Lori’s passion has grown into a family business that we are proud to continue building together. In 2026, we began a new chapter by transitioning from our original name, Sun Kissed Herbal, to Sun Kissed Harmony—a name that reflects what we hope to bring to every person and family we serve: a little more wellness, balance, and harmony in everyday life.
